About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of AI solution projects. This role involves requirement confirmation, resource coordination, progress monitoring, and delivery acceptance.
You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards, driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to confirm project scope, objectives, and resource needs; develop detailed project plans and risk assessments.

  • Prepare project charters, timelines, budgets, and milestones to align with client requirements.

  • Project Execution and Monitoring:

  • Coordinate cross-team resources (development, testing, operations), track progress, identify and resolve potential risks and issues.

  • Regularly report project status to clients and internal stakeholders, adjusting plans to accommodate changes.

  • Project Delivery and Closure:

  • Organize project acceptance, training, and launch support to ensure smooth deployment of solutions.

  • Summarize lessons learned, optimize internal processes, and provide support for ongoing maintenance and expansions.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration and Support:

  • Communicate technical challenges with the R&D team to drive innovative implementations.
  • Participate in client relationship management, gathering feedback to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant project management experience (PMP or Agile certification preferred).
  • Familiarity with software project management processes; pre-sales or delivery background is a plus.
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese, with business-level command of English or Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in
    financial, insurance, BPO
    , or software-related industry projects.
  • Especially AI Project Manager/Implementation Project Manager/DX Project Manager/Solution Project Manager/Financial IT Project Manager.
