仕事内容/What The Role Entails
- 负责区域的社区生态的从0到1搭建与战略规划,制定并执行官方账号(如Discord, X, Youtube等)的内容定位与运营策略;
- 能够策划并统筹面向区域玩家的社区内容、活动及版本预热方案,有效引导用户期待,为游戏上线前的用户积累负责;
- 负责各个社群的日常运营,包括设定社群基调、规划内容推送、与用户进行互动等,提升社群活跃度等各项综合指标;
- 深入洞察ACG用户群体,建立并运营核心玩家社群,管理区域社区的舆论与用户反馈,并能快速响应和处理各类舆情问题;
- 建立社区数据评估体系,持续追踪运营效果,基于数据洞察驱动运营策略迭代,提升用户活跃度与社区健康度。
応募資格/Who We Look For
- 本科及以上学历,3年以上游戏社区或内容运营经验,有成功的二次元/ACG游戏经验者优先;
- 日语母语水平,英语或中文能作为工作交流语言;
- 深度ACG文化爱好者及资深游戏玩家,对二次元游戏玩家社区生态有深刻理解和热情;
- 熟悉海外主流社交及社区平台(如Discord,X, TikTok,instagram等)的运营模式与流量规则,具备优秀的内容策划和用户洞察力;
具备出色的跨团队沟通能力、项目推动力和抗压能力,能适应跨国协作。

※一般社員の場合、固定残業代月35時間分が含まれます。
管理職の場合、固定残業代10時間分が含まれます。
労働時間・休日
就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 休憩時間 60分
フレックスタイムあり
完全週休2日制(土日・祝日)
有給休暇:入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日
年末年始休暇(12/30~1/3)
病気休暇(有給):12日/年(有給休暇とは別途付与)
