What The Role Entails
【岗位职责】
- 负责全球/日语游戏社区策略及执行推进,包含YouTube/Twitter/Discord/TikTok等;
- 针对不同平台用户进行管理,制定长线用户生态计划;
- 制定官方账号的定位,把控用户沟通风格,负责所有内容发布,推进整体栏目规划;
- 结合游戏不同阶段目标,进行长期官方研发纪实、深度制作人访谈等;同时进行PUGC向的内容共创;营造良好的官号氛围及用户话题讨论;
- 基于产品特色和海外玩家用户洞察,制定官方账号的粉丝增长策略,并推进方案实施落地
- 建立官号的数据评估体系,挖掘爆款内容洞察,构建高品质的账号内容生态。
Who We Look For
【任职要求】
- 本科及以上学历,至少1年日语社区运营账号相关工作经验;有FPS游戏运营经历加分,中文和日语为主要工作语言,母语者优先,需拥有良好的沟通能力;
- 了解日本用户的触媒习惯及社区内容偏好,是日本内容社区的深度使用用户;
- 出色的内容策略及文案编导能力,熟悉各平台的玩法和创意,对内容抱有长线的热爱 ;
- 具有成熟的内容产出机制和爆款方法论,有良好的数据意识,不断优化现有的内容生产机制;
- 熟悉FPS游戏,有长期FPS PC、手游游戏经验加分。
- 有日本生活工作经验加分

賃金
年収額:応相談(昇給/賞与あり)
※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。
※一般社員の場合、固定残業代月35時間分が含まれます。 管理職の場合、固定残業代10時間分が含まれます。
労働時間・休日
就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 休憩時間 60分
フレックスタイムあり
完全週休2日制(土日・祝日)
有給休暇:入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日
年末年始休暇(12/30~1/3)
病気休暇(有給):12日/年(有給休暇とは別途付与)
