Our client, a prestigious global luxury fashion house, is seeking a Finance and Operations Coordinator for their Japan location.

- 日々の小売売上と予算の報告
- 買掛金および売掛金のプロセス管理
- 月次・年次決算の準備
- 新店舗の開店や改装のサポート
- 棚卸しと在庫調整の実施
- 予算予測の分析およびコスト管理
- 各部署間でのオペレーショナルフローの最適化
- Report daily sales vs budget for retail
- Control accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial closings
- Support new store openings and refurbishments
- Execute stock taking and inventory adjustments
- Analyze budget forecasts and control costs
- Optimize operational flow across departments
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- 国際的な環境での3年以上のファイナンス経験
- Excelの高度なスキル(特にピボットテーブル)
- SAP、JDE、HFM、Esker、Rubis、Anaplan、Concurの経験(尚可)
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- ラグジュアリーリテールファイナンスでの経験があれば尚可
- 予算およびコスト分析のための優れた分析スキル
- 3+ years in finance at international environment
- Proficiency in Excel, especially Pivot Tables
- Experience with SAP, JDE, HFM, Esker, Rubis, Anaplan, Concur (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Businesslevel English proficiency
- Experience in luxury retail finance is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong analytical skills for budget and cost analysis
