仕事内容:
Provide support across Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and general office administration including but not limited to:
Finance Support
- Assist with financial document preparation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Enter vendor transactions into accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, and internal teams on financial queries.
- Maintain finance and compliance filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide admin support to the finance team (e.g., scheduling, correspondence, meetings).
Procurement Coordination
- Support procurement activities in line with company policies.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Collect documentation from stakeholders for PO issuance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle ad-hoc procurement tasks as needed.
Human Resources
- Draft and manage official correspondence, including government-related documents.
- Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding logistics (equipment, facilities).
- Coordinate internal events (e.g., team-building, Give Back Month, annual dinners).
- Provide basic Japanese translation support (if applicable).

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, procurement, or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external coordination.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.

Normal working hours are from 9am to 6pm (one hour lunch)
