Operations Coordinator
to join our dynamic Leisure team in Tokyo. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a knack for seamless service coordination, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all non-accommodation services such as transfers, excursions, train tickets, and individual packages
- Monitor and ensure service quality meets client expectations
- Act as liaison for suppliers and clients, managing operations-related inquiries
- Manage documentation and booking confirmations using Travel Studio
- Assign and coordinate drivers and tour guides; monitor office communications
- Collaborate closely with reservations, planners, and suppliers to uphold SOPs
- Support special projects as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in inbound DMC or tour operations (Japan destination experience a plus)
- Proficient in Japanese and English (written and spoken); additional languages welcomed
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, multitasking ability, and professionalism under pressure
- Computer literate in MS Office and travel software (Travel Studio preferred)
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or outside regular hours
