主な業務内容
- 日本国内の各チャネル(特に直営店舗)におけるマーチャンダイジング業務を統括。
- 商品計画・調達からライフサイクル管理までを主導し、入荷後のシステム更新を正確かつ迅速に実施。
- 販売データおよび市場動向を分析し、需要予測・品揃え計画・在庫最適化を推進。
- 補充戦略を立案・実行し、在庫水準と売上目標のバランスを確保。
- 滞留商品の特定と、在庫処分・値引き戦略の立案・実行。
- 本社(店舗運営、MD、マーケティング等)との主要な連携窓口となり、マーチャンダイジング戦略の整合性を確保。
- クロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトを主導し、日本市場におけるPOP MARTブランドの成長を牽引。
- チームメンバーの指導・育成を行い、マーチャンダイジングのベストプラクティスを定着。
応募要件
- 学士以上の学歴、
少なくとも5–7年以上のマーチャンダイジングまたはリテール運営経験
(日本市場での経験があれば尚可)。 - 商品計画、需要予測、在庫管理に関する豊富な知識と実績。
- Excelおよびオフィスソフトに精通し、ビジネスレポートを作成・発表できる能力。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力・調整力・プロジェクトマネジメント能力を有し、多文化かつスピード感のある環境に適応できる方。
- 中国語または英語によるビジネスコミュニケーションスキル(メール・会議対応)。
- チームマネジメントまたはメンター経験があれば尚可。
Merchandising Manager (Japan)
What You'll Do
- Lead merchandising operations across multiple sales channels in Japan, with a strong focus on the direct retail business model.
- Manage merchandise planning, procurement, and lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate system updates upon product arrival.
- Conduct in-depth sales and market analysis to drive demand forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory optimization.
- Develop and implement replenishment strategies to achieve sales and stock balance.
- Identify slow-moving products and execute clearance and markdown strategies.
- Act as the key liaison with head office teams (Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, etc.), ensuring alignment on merchandising strategies.
- Oversee cross-functional merchandising projects that support brand growth in the Japanese market.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior merchandising staff.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above, with
at least 5–7 years of merchandising or retail operations experience
; prior experience in the Japanese market is highly desirable. - Proven expertise in merchandise planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills; able to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese or English, with the ability to handle professional business communication.
- Experience in people management or mentoring is a strong plus.

主要职责
- 全面负责日本多渠道(尤其直营)的商品运营与管理工作。
- 主导商品计划、采购与生命周期管理,确保商品到货后系统录入与更新的及时与准确。
- 深入分析销售与市场数据,推动需求预测、商品结构规划及库存优化。
- 制定并执行补货策略,保持合理库存水平以支持销售目标。
- 识别滞销商品,制定并执行清货与价格调整策略。
- 作为总部(运营、商品、市场等)的主要对接人,确保商品策略的一致性。
- 推动跨部门商品相关项目,支持品牌在日本市场的增长。
- 指导和培养团队成员,推动商品管理的专业化。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历,
具备至少5–7年以上商品管理或零售运营经验
,有日本市场经验者优先。 - 拥有商品计划、需求预测与库存管理方面的丰富经验。
- 熟练使用 Excel 及办公软件,能够输出管理层决策所需的分析报告。
- 具备良好的沟通、协调和项目管理能力,能适应跨文化、快节奏的工作环境。
- 中文或英文流利,能够胜任专业邮件及会议沟通。
- 有团队管理或指导经验者优先。
