主な業務内容
- 日本国内の各販売チャネル(特に直営店舗)におけるロジスティクスおよびマーチャンダイジング業務を統括。
- 商品計画、調達、入荷、在庫配置からライフサイクル管理までを一貫して管理。
- 販売データ・在庫データ・物流状況を分析し、需要予測、品揃え計画、在庫最適化を推進。
- 補充・配送戦略を策定・実行し、売上最大化と在庫健全性の両立を実現。
- 滞留在庫を特定し、値引き・在庫処分・再配置などの施策を主導。
- 本社(商品、SCM、オペレーション、マーケティング等)との主要な連携窓口として、日本市場での実行を推進。
- クロスファンクショナルな商品・物流関連プロジェクトをリードし、ブランド成長を支援。
- チームメンバーのマネジメント・育成を行い、業務プロセスの標準化と高度化を推進。
応募要件
- 学士以上の学歴を有し、
7~15 年以上
のマーチャンダイジング、ロジスティクス、SCM、またはリテール運営経験。 - 商品計画、需要予測、在庫管理、物流オペレーションに関する豊富な実務経験。
- Excel 等のデータ分析ツールに精通し、管理層向けレポート作成が可能な方。
- 高いコミュニケーション力・調整力・プロジェクトマネジメント力を有する方。
- 日本語:ビジネスレベル必須
- 英語または中国語:いずれか必須
- チームマネジメント経験があれば尚可。

Logistic Merchandising Manager (Japan)

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end logistics and merchandising operations across multiple sales channels in Japan, with a strong focus on direct retail.
- Oversee merchandise planning, procurement, inbound logistics, allocation, and lifecycle management.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and logistics data to drive demand forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory optimization.
- Develop and execute replenishment and distribution strategies to balance sales performance and stock health.
- Identify slow-moving items and lead clearance, markdown, or reallocation initiatives.
- Act as the key liaison with HQ teams (Merchandising, SCM, Operations, Marketing) to ensure strategic alignment.
- Lead cross-functional merchandising and logistics projects to support brand growth in Japan.
- Manage, coach, and develop team members while continuously improving operational processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above, with
7–15 years
of experience in merchandising, logistics, supply chain, or retail operations. - Strong expertise in merchandise planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to produce management-level reports.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Business-level Japanese is mandatory

- 全面负责日本市场多渠道(尤其直营门店)的商品与物流一体化管理。
- 统筹商品计划、采购、到货、库存分配及商品全生命周期管理。
- 基于销售、库存及物流数据,推动需求预测、商品结构优化及库存健康度提升。
- 制定并执行补货及配送策略,平衡库存周转与销售目标。
- 识别滞销商品,主导清货、调价或库存重分配方案。
- 作为日本市场与总部(商品、SCM、运营、市场等)的核心对接人,确保策略一致落地。
- 主导跨部门商品及物流相关项目,支持品牌在日本的持续增长。
- 管理并培养团队成员,持续优化商品与物流管理流程。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历,具备
7–15 年以上
商品管理、物流、供应链或零售运营相关经验。 - 在商品计划、需求预测、库存管理及物流协同方面具备成熟实战经验。
- 熟练使用 Excel 等数据分析工具,能够输出管理层决策支持报告。
- 具备优秀的沟通协调与项目管理能力,适应跨文化、高节奏环境。
- 日语为必备工作语言
