Responsibilities
Drive efficiency by overseeing all operations using the ERP system
Build strong partnerships by coordinating with suppliers and partners to ensure timely product delivery
Take ownership of operational management by monitoring delays and implementing proactive solutions
Streamline operations by managing logistics for products and components in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Lead with impact by supervising 3PL partners and warehouse operations to maintain smooth supply chain performance
Empower growth by mentoring and training staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements
Supply Chain & Logistics Expert with over 5 years of hands-on operational experience
Proven mastery in end-to-end operational management, inventory optimization, and seamless transport coordination
Strong track record of effectively managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficiency and reliability
Track record in medical device, medical diagnostics/biotech, or pharmaceutical companies preferred
Leadership excellence backed by 5+ years in supervisory and managerial roles, driving team performance and growth
Tech-savvy professional with more than 3 years of ERP expertise, including SAP, Oracle, and similar enterprise platforms
Salary
Company will consider candidates up to 13M JPY annual (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
