主要职责:
- 向物流供应商询价并协商,争取有竞争力的商业条款和价格。
- 分配即将到来的配送任务给供应商,并保持清晰沟通以确保准备就绪。
- 处理采购订单创建、物流安排、配送凭证收集、发票核对及付款协调。
- 规划并安排客户与供应商之间的配送计划,满足预期时间节点,确保准时交付。
- 准备并向客户发送相关配送文件,包括配送通知、快报及车辆信息等。
- 协调内外部各方,及时解决配送或运营相关问题。
- 为内部团队提供有力且灵活的支持,满足任何与物流相关的需求或要求。
- 与供应商及需求方协作,解决如延误、货物损坏等问题。
- 跟进仓库日常运营,协助内部团队处理各类问题,并在必要时处理纠纷。
- 支持临时指派的物流相关项目。
任职要求:
- 物流、供应链或相关专业的大专或本科学历。
- 2-3年物流协调相关经验,有日本国内运输经验者优先。
- Base日本,具备优秀的日语沟通能力(JLPT N1)及中文沟通能力,同时具备英语能力更佳。
- 熟悉运输及仓库操作流程,有国际物流经验者优先。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件(Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)。
- 注重细节、责任心强,能够在压力下处理多任务。
- 具备良好的团队合作精神,积极主动且以解决问题为导向
Main Responsibilities:
Request quotations and negotiate with logistics suppliers to secure competitive commercial terms and pricing.
Allocate upcoming delivery tasks to suppliers and maintain clear communication to ensure readiness.
Handle PO creation, logistics arrangements, POD collection, invoice verification, and payment coordination.
Plan and arrange delivery schedules between clients and suppliers to meet expected timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare and send relevant delivery documents to clients, including delivery notices, flash reports, and truck information etc.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve delivery or operational issues promptly.
Provide strong and flexible support to the internal team for any logistics-related requirements or requests.
Collaborate with suppliers and requestors to resolve issues such as delays, goods damages etc.
Follow up on warehouse daily operations, assist internal teams with any issues, and handle disputes when necessary.
Support ad-hoc logistics projects as assigned

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination, preferably in Japan domestic transport.
Based in Japan, with excellent Japanese communication skills (JLPT N1) and Chinese communication skills. Proficiency in English is a plus.
Good understanding of shipping and warehouse operations; international logistics experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
A good team player with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
