Overall mission
The International Logistics Specialist is responsible for organizing international shipments in line with temperature control requirements, Good Distribution Practices and the Group QA & EHS policies.
Main contribution
Provide operational excellence
Prepare a temperature control package (Conditioning of Temperature Controlled Packaging).
Communication with customers/suppliers/Local vendor/other offices
SCM work
Inbound/outbound work for TYO warehouse (Insuring compliance with Import & Export regulations - Customs)
Inspection new coming items and stock items work
Activate / Plan with the Driver for pickups or deliveries
Request costing from the suppliers (ad-hoc shipments)
Send quotation to the customers (ad-hoc shipments)
Submit completed shipments documents to CRYOPDP offices, service partners and/or customs brokers(Insuring compliance with Import & Export regulations - Customs)
Download Data Logger and send to the customer
Monitoring of transportation with Temperature Controlled equipment
Deliver/Pick up on an ad-hoc basis to assist drivers
Liaise with CRYOPDP service partners for updates, costs, routing options, etc.
Check all costing and documents before passing to Finance for billing
Ensure the growth of retained customers to maximize / increase amount of business carried for every customer / Find new customers
Ensure that all service failures & complaints are investigated and responded to as per CAPA process in place (both from external & internal customers)
Showcase unique service features of CRYOPDP to increase value add solutions to customers
Retain clients by providing the highest quality service to clients to satisfy or exceed their expectations
Collaborate with the sales department to develop new customers
Track KPIs and liaise with the Quality Team
On time-in-full service performance %

Number of airline and customs delays
Number of CAPAs (Corrective Action Preventive Action)
Internal stakeholders and customers feedback
