What You'll Do
Inbound Operations
Coordinate with warehouses for receiving requests and schedule updates.
Manage pre-arrival notifications and allocation of incoming shipment data.
Communicate with Beijing and SF regarding defective items during inbound or inspection.
Order Management
Handle purchase orders for retail stores, wholesale partners, and Toranomon office allocations.
Allocate goods in DMS upon arrival (retail and wholesale).
Inventory Management
Manage stock allocation for the Toranomon office.
Process returns of samples or defective items from stores.
Returns Handling
Manage defective product returns from wholesale partners.
Invoice Processing
Verify and submit invoices from logistics and shipping partners, including Sagawa, Yamato, Japan Post, LS, Sanyo, SF, SBS, Across, etc.
Month-End ClosingGenerate shipment and inbound data for each location.
Extract warehouse inventory data.
Month-Beginning Tasks
Prepare and distribute the monthly invoice list.
Wholesale Support
Generate and report sales figures (e.g., East Japan JR).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
Strong communication skills in Japanese and English (Chinese a plus).
Proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP/DMS systems preferred.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

倉庫と連携し、入荷リクエストおよびスケジュール更新を調整。
入荷予定通知の管理および出荷データの割り当て。
入荷や検品時における不良品に関して、北京およびサンフランシスコ拠点と連絡。
受注管理 (Order Management)
小売店舗、卸売パートナー、虎ノ門オフィス向けの発注書を処理。
入荷後、DMSシステムにて小売・卸売商品の割り当てを実施。
在庫管理 (Inventory Management)
虎ノ門オフィスの在庫配分を管理。
店舗からのサンプルや不良品の返品処理。
返品対応 (Returns Handling)
卸売パートナーからの不良品返品を管理。
請求書処理 (Invoice Processing)
佐川急便、ヤマト、日本郵便、LS、三洋、順豊(SF)、SBS、Across など物流・配送パートナーからの請求書を確認・提出。
月末締め処理 (Month-End Closing)
各拠点の出荷・入荷データを作成。
倉庫在庫データを抽出。
月初業務 (Month-Beginning Tasks)
月次請求書リストの作成と配布。
卸売サポート (Wholesale Support)
東日本JRなどの売上データを集計・報告。
応募資格 (Qualifications)
経営学、物流、サプライチェーンマネジメント、または関連分野の学士号を有する方歓迎。
物流、サプライチェーン、在庫管理における2年以上の経験。
日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル(中国語スキルあれば尚可)。
MS Officeのスキル必須、ERP/DMSシステムの使用経験歓迎。
細部に注意を払い、整理整頓が得意で、スピード感ある環境下で複数の業務を並行して対応できる方。
