Role Overview
We are seeking a highly technical Logistics Specialist to support digital transformation and continuous improvement within logistics operations. This role focuses on
WMS optimization
,
data analytics
, and
project management
, with a strong emphasis on building advanced Power BI dashboards and leading cross-functional initiatives.
The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and global stakeholders, driving efficiency, data accuracy, and operational excellence through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions to improve warehouse operations using WMS.
- Lead WMS-related projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards to track logistics KPIs.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Communicate technical insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Support system adoption through documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in data analysis and Power BI dashboard development.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Proven project management experience in IT or technical projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WMS or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar data tools.
- Strong interest in technology-driven process improvement.
