Key Responsibilities
- Develop planning system strategies to improve signals to the supply chain Monitor and adjust parameters in the planning system. Use common processes tools, and information systems.
- Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plans.
- Execute the daily operational logistics processes.
- Identify potential supply chain failures and mitigate associated risks .
- Work closely with stakeholders - internal and/or external to develop short term tactical improvements.
- Use the logistics system to drive consistent planning signals across the supply chain Participate in functional process improvement teams
Qualifications
Support Korean PG business as well as Japan PG/engine business in Logistics areas.

- Warehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.
- Project Management - Establishes and maintains the balance of scope, schedule and resources for a temporary effort (a "project"). Ensures results/impact from temporary effort are fully realized as possible.
- Supply Chain Knowledge - Influences, with the ability to concisely explain and/or elaborate on, the multi-disciplined and end-to-end integration of the flow of information, products, and services to achieve the desired result for the end customer within the first-fit or aftermarket business segments while balancing the tensions of inventory, cost, and delivery.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
- Demonstrated role competence is required. College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in applicable field is preferred.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
