Essential Duties and Responsibilities
・Dailyの3PL管理(東京&横浜の倉庫、配送)を担当し、Thermo Fisher Scientific のビジネスに関わる各種指標・KPIの収集とモニタリングを行います。
・Logistics領域の生産性向上やコスト削減プロジェクトをリードし、社内関連部門、3PL事業者、運送会社など多様なステークホルダーと協働して改善を推進します。
・医療機器や危険物(DG/Hazmat)など専門性の高い商材の物流プロセス管理も担当し、安全かつ効率的なオペレーションを実現します。
・担当領域のAOP(年間予算)に責任を持ち、コストKPIもしくはAOPを達成するためのアクションを実行します。
Job Description
<業務内容>
・ 1〜2拠点の3PL(倉庫・配送)のDailyオペレーションを管理し、お客様へのオンタイムデリバリーを確保します。
・ 社内外のクロスファンクショナルチーム(3PL、サプライチェーン、輸送会社、営業部門など)をリードし、トラブルや傾向の根本原因を分析。
・ データに基づく改善策を立案・推進し、コスト削減、利益最大化、サービス品質向上を実現します。
・ 多様なデータソースからオペレーションデータを収集・分析し、レポートとして可視化・提案します。
・ 主要な物流KPI達成に向けて、改善活動や最適化プロジェクトを主導します。
・ プロジェクトや複数部門が関わる案件をリードし、全体最適を実現します。
- グローバルの物流チームと連携し、世界のベストプラクティスを学び国内物流へ展開します。
- 日本の CAS(Customer Allegiance Score)向上だけでなく、物流コスト・パフォーマンスの改善を牽引します。
- 危険物(DG/Hazmat)の物流プロセス運用を、関係部署や3PLと連携しながらリードまたはサポートし、コンプライアンス遵守を確保します(経験により範囲調整)。
- ISO 13485 に関するサプライチェーン活動(監査対応、チームミーティング等)を主導またはサポートします。
Qualification

<必須条件>
- 学士号以上
- サプライチェーンオペレーションに関する実務経験(2年以上)
- ネイティブレベルの日本語を有すること(業務上ベンダーとの交渉が発生するため)
- Microsoft Office(特に Excel)のスキル
- 社内外ステークホルダーと円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション&対人スキル
- 課題解決力が高く、自立して業務を推進できる方
- データ分析に基づき課題を特定し、改善策を提案できる能力
- 顧客満足を重視したサービスマインド
- 高い正確性を持ち、細部まで注意を払える方
- 複数タスクの優先順位をつけて効率的に進められる能力
<あると好ましい経験>
- ERPシステム(SAP / Oracle / QAD など)
- ベンダーマネジメントの経験、または同等のスキル
- ビジネスレベル英語の読み書き&会話スキル
- 物流または毒劇&危険物取り扱いに関する資格
- QMSおよび ISO 13485 に関する知識・実務経験
