【仕事内容】
■About The Role

The Marketing & Events Specialist plays a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives and corporate events across Japan and the broader APAC region.

This position supports a wide range of business stakeholders by delivering strategic marketing campaigns, developing client focused materials, and coordinating high quality events.

The role is part of the Japan Brand & Communications function and works closely with regional and global teams.

■Key Responsibilities
Marketing
Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting both internal and external audiences.
Develop content and collateral in collaboration with sales, product, and research teams.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across Japan and APAC.
Ensure all materials comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Utilize digital platforms (websites, intranet, email, etc.) to deliver campaigns and track KPIs.
Provide analytics and insights to demonstrate campaign performance and ROI.
Localize and activate regional and global marketing initiatives.
Events
Plan and manage physical, virtual, and hybrid events including seminars, conferences, roadshows, hospitality events, and third party sponsorships.
Advise stakeholders on event formats, logistics, budgets, venues, and compliance processes.
Manage supplier relationships, ensuring high quality and cost efficient execution.
Evaluate and support event sponsorships, including negotiation and due diligence.
Utilize digital event tools (e.g., event apps, microsites, audience engagement tools) to enhance experiences and streamline workflows.
Produce post event reporting, including analytics and ROI insights.
Collaborate with the broader communications team to amplify event content across channels.
General Contributions
Support internal engagement activities, staff events, and CSR initiatives.
Share best practices across teams and contribute to cross regional projects.

【応募資格】
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, events, or communications, ideally within financial services, professional services, or B2B environments.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and event technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.

English fluency is preferred, but candidates who are still developing their English skills are also welcome if they demonstrate strong motivation to actively learn and use English.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage.
Familiarity with institutional or corporate clients is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
