Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing campaigns in Japan for M&A and fundraising sectors
- Collaborate with sales teams to support pipeline growth
- Localize global content for Japanese audiences
- Track and report on campaign performance KPIs
- Manage relationships with vendors and event organizers
- Develop creative marketing strategies for local audiences
- Manage regional marketing budget efficiently
Qualifications:
- 710 years in marketing, events, or project management
- Fluent in English and Japanese (mandatory)
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Experience in B2B software, finance, or professional services marketing
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools
- Efficient in AI marketing tools
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
- Experience with demand generation and lead scoring
