Role Description
New Product Introduction & Release Management(新機能のリリース対応)
年3回のメジャーバージョンアップを中心に、グローバル開発チームからの最新情報をいち早くキャッチアップします。日本市場向けに製品・機能の動作検証を行い、デモ環境などのアセットを整備し、社内外へその価値を伝えるEnablement Session(勉強会・トレーニング)をリードします。
Deal Support & Technical Advisory(商談・顧客支援)
製品の「SME(Subject Matter Expert)」として、AEやSEと連携し、戦略的な商談を支援します。高い専門性を活かし、顧客の経営課題や業務課題に対する解決策として、製品説明、デモ、技術的なQA対応などを実施し、受注確度を高める活動を行います。
Internal Enablement & Knowledge Sharing(社内教育・ナレッジ共有)
Account SEやAE組織全体の製品知識レベルを底上げするため、定期的なEnablement Sessionを企画・実施します。また、社内Slack等を通じた製品仕様に関する問い合わせに対し、的確なアドバイスやベストプラクティスの共有を行い、組織全体の提案力を強化します。
Evangelism & Marketing Support(エバンジェリズム・マーケティング支援)
マーケティングイベントやセミナーへの登壇、ウェビナーでのデモンストレーション実施などを通じて、AFSの価値を市場に広く発信し、パイプラインの創出に貢献します。
Basic Requirements
実務経験:
・3年以上のプロダクトスペシャリスト、プロダクトマネージャー、プリセールスエンジニア、またはソリューションアーキテクトとしての実務経験。
・金融業界(特に銀行業務)に関するドメイン知識、または同業界向けITソリューションの提案・導入経験。
スキル・能力:
・複雑な技術情報を噛み砕き、ビジネス価値に変換して伝える高いコミュニケーション能力。
・顧客の課題解決イメージを喚起させるプレゼンテーションおよびデモンストレーションスキル。
・論理的思考に基づいた問題発見・解決能力。
マインドセット:
・曖昧な状況下でも自ら課題を設定し、プロアクティブに行動できるオーナーシップ。
・AIや新技術に対する高い学習意欲と、変化を楽しむ柔軟性。
・部門を超えたチーム間の協力を促すリーダーシップと調整力。
語学力:
・日本語:ネイティブレベル(流暢な会話、論理的な文書作成)
・英語:ビジネスレベルの読み書き(マニュアル読解、メール対応)、日常会話レベル以上のスピーキング(グローバル会議への参加等)
Preferred Requirements
・Salesforce製品(Financial Services Cloud等)の知識や認定資格。
・CRM、SFA、または銀行勘定系・周辺システムの実装・プリセールス経験。
・Agentforce Financial Servicesに関する実務経験。
・英語:ビジネスレベル(グローバルチームとの複雑な折衝やディスカッションが可能なレベル)。
