Job Description:
1. Responsible for the company's customer development in the Japanese B-end market, focusing on mainstream operators such as NTT Docomo, KDDI, SoftBank, Rakuten Mobile, etc., establishing and maintaining high-level relationships with procurement, technology, marketing and other departments, expanding cooperation in customized AR solutions, and achieving annual sales targets;
2. Develop enterprise customers (such as leading customers in retail, manufacturing, education, cultural tourism and other industries), design joint solutions based on operator channel resources, and promote batch procurement and project implementation;
3. Responsible for customer demand mining, program design, business negotiations, contract signing and payment follow-up; lead bidding and framework agreement negotiations to ensure compliance and efficient delivery;
4. 6. Link product, technology, and after-sales teams to solve customer problems in solution implementation, product adaptation, and after-sales support, and improve customer satisfaction.
1. 负责公司在日本B端市场的客户开发、聚焦 NTT Docomo、KDDI、SoftBank、Rakuten Mobile 等主流运营商,建立并维护与采购、技术、市场等部门的高层关系,拓展定制化AR解决方案合作,达成年度销售目标;
2. 开发企业客户(如零售、制造、教育、文旅等行业头部客户),结合运营商渠道资源设计联合解决方案,推动批量采购与项目落地;
3. 负责客户需求挖掘、方案设计、商务谈判、合同签订及回款跟进;主导招投标与框架协议谈判,确保合规高效交付;
4. 协同运营商及合作伙伴开展市场活动(展会、技术沙龙等),提升公司品牌在日本 B 端市场声量;发展本地代理商,完善销售网络;
5. 收集日本B端市场需求、竞品动态及政策变化,输出市场分析报告,为产品本地化迭代和销售策略调整提供依据;
7. 联动产品、技术、售后团队,解决客户在方案实施、产品适配、售后支持中的问题,提升客户满意度。
Job requirements:
N1 Japanese proficiency is required;
Work experience: University graduate - more than 2 years, graduate school - 1 year (less than 1 year is also acceptable);
Professional - business/business background but with knowledge of IT products (software/hardware), software major + business work experience is best;
Place of residence – Tokyo;
Language - Japanese+English or Japanese+Chinese;
Experience working in an IT start-up company is a plus;
Work experience in XR industry is a plus;
Participated in various competitions and won awards in college is a plus;
