Leading Global Consumer Electronics Company Seeks Japan Market B2B Channel Sales Leader

    制定日本B2B市场发展路径,结合本土消费习惯设计针对零售商、经销商及电商平台的渠道营销策略。

    日本のB2B市場における事業戦略を立案し、国内の消費習慣に基づき、小売店、販売代理店、ECプラットフォーム向けのチャネルマーケティング戦略を設計する。

    Develop Japans B2B market strategy, designing channel-focused marketing plans for retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms based on local consumer habits.
  • 全渠道管理 / 流通チャネル管理 / Full-Channel Management:

    开拓并维护线上线下B2B销售网络(家电量販店/区域渠道/电商平台),主导与重点客户的年度合作谈判,确保长期sell-in及sell-out目标达成。

    オンラインおよびオフラインのB2B販売ネットワーク(家電量販店、地方チャネル、ECプラットフォーム)を拡大・維持し、主要顧客との年間協力交渉を主導し、長期的なsell-inおよびsell-out目標を達成する。

    Expand and manage online/offline B2B sales networks (retail stores, regional channels, e-commerce), lead annual negotiations with key clients, and ensure long-term sell-in/sell-out goals.
  • 跨文化协作 / 本社連携 / Cross-Cultural Collaboration:

    定期向深圳总部VP汇报业务进展,协调产品及供应链团队完成日本市场的定制化需求,推动B2B渠道产品上市计划。

    深圳本社の副社長に定期的に業務進捗を報告し、製品およびサプライチェーンチームと連携して日本市場向けのB2Bチャネルニーズに対応し、製品上市計画を推進する。

    Regularly report to Shenzhen HQ VP, coordinate with product and supply chain teams for Japan-specific B2B channel needs, and drive product launch plans.

  • 教育背景 / 学歴 / Education:

    本科及以上学历,营销管理、国际贸易或海外事务相关专业优先。

    学士号以上、マーケティング管理、国際貿易、または海外業務関連の専攻が望ましい。

    Bachelors degree or above, preferably in marketing, international trade, or overseas affairs.
  • 经验背景 / 実務経験 / Experience:

    3-8年日本消费电子/家电行业B2B渠道管理经验,具备市场开拓或业务扭转的成功案例。

    3-8 years of B2B channel management experience in Japans consumer electronics/appliance industry, with proven success in market expansion or business turnaround.
