主な業務内容:

  • 日本市場におけるマーチャンダイジング業務をサポート(直営店および複数販売チャネルを担当)。
  • 商品発注、納品、システム登録から店頭展開まで、一連のプロセスを正確かつ迅速に実行。
  • 販売データや在庫データを分析し、需要予測、品揃え計画、補充戦略の立案を支援。
  • 滞留商品の状況を把握し、値下げや在庫処分施策のサポートを行う。
  • 本社(商品、マーケティング、オペレーション、デザイン部門)と連携し、商品戦略の整合性を確保。
  • 日本市場での新商品発売、キャンペーン、陳列変更などのプロジェクトに参加。
  • 上司からの指示に基づくその他の関連業務を遂行。

応募要件:

  • 学士以上の学歴を有し、2年以上のマーチャンダイジングまたはリテール関連の実務経験。
  • 日用品、化粧品、食品などのFMCG(消費財)業界
    やトイ/ファッション業界での経験者を優遇。
  • 商品計画、在庫管理、販売分析の基礎知識を有する方。
  • Excel、PowerPointなどのオフィスソフトを日常的に使用できる方。
  • 高いコミュニケーション力と調整力を持ち、クロスファンクショナルな環境で協働できる方。
  • 英語または中国語で業務ができる方(日本語ができれば尚可)。
  • 責任感が強く、細部に注意を払い、積極的に学ぶ姿勢をお持ちの方。

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support merchandising operations for the Japan market, covering direct retail stores and multiple sales channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end merchandise process, from ordering, receiving, and system updates to in-store display.
  • Analyze sales and inventory data to assist in demand forecasting, assortment planning, and replenishment strategy.
  • Track slow-moving items and support clearance or markdown initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HQ teams (Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Design) to ensure local execution alignment.
  • Participate in product launches, campaign events, and merchandising updates in Japan.
  • Handle other assigned merchandising support tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Experience in
    fast-moving consumer goods
    (personal care, cosmetics, food, daily chemical, etc.) or toy/fashion industry preferred.
  • Basic understanding of merchandise planning, stock management, and sales analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with solid data handling ability.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Fluent in English or Chinese; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.

岗位职责:

  • 支持日本市场的商品运营工作,覆盖直营门店及其他销售渠道;
  • 负责商品从下单、到货、系统录入到门店陈列的全流程跟进,确保数据准确与进度及时;
  • 分析销售与库存数据,协助制定商品补货计划、品类结构与促销建议;
  • 跟踪滞销商品情况,协助制定清货及价格调整策略;
  • 与总部(商品、市场、运营、设计等)保持密切沟通,协调本地商品执行落地;
  • 参与日本市场新品上市、主题活动、陈列更新等相关工作;
  • 完成上级交办的其他支持性任务。

任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,具备 2 年以上零售或商品管理相关经验;
  • 拥有快消行业(
    个护、日化、彩妆、食品等
    )或潮玩、时尚行业经验者优先;
  • 了解商品计划、库存管理、销售分析等基本概念;
  • 熟练使用 Excel、PowerPoint 等办公软件,有数据分析基础;
  • 具备良好的沟通与协调能力,能与跨部门及多文化团队顺畅合作;
  • 英语或中文可作为工作语言,会日语者更佳;
  • 工作细致、责任心强,乐于学习、具备较强执行力。
