Responsibilities
Lead the supply planning team in Japan to meet the demand plan, to achieve defined business targets, and to support profitable business growth.
Drive continuous improvement with KPIs tracking.

■Main Responsibilities
Leadership:
Lead the supply planning team in Japan to achieve defined business targets.
Coach and develop the team based on the development needs and performance evaluation.
Improve the supply chain capability, reliability, efficiency and agility of the team to enable profitable business growth.
Supply Planning Processes:
Design and implement the supply planning processes (master production planning, tolling planning, merchandise planning and raw material planning).
Collaborate closely with the relevant business stakeholders to ensure smooth flows of information and materials, and to respond effectively and efficiently to customer needs.
Inventory Management:
Establish and implement inventory control procedures in order to maintain optimal stock level to fulfil customers' needs, at optimal warehousing cost and working capital cost.
Performance Management:
Define and monitor supply chain KPIs, identify potential drawbacks, take corrective measures, and drive continuous improvement.
Cost Management:
Optimize service levels and logistics costs.
Proactively look for efficiency gains, operational excellence and cost savings opportunities to contribute to the company's profitability.
Collaboration:
Maintain strongly collaborative working relationship with:
Internal business partners:
demand planner, CSO, production, QC/QM, customization, procurement, platforms, account, EHS
External business partners:
suppliers, tollers, logistics service providers

Requirements
■Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields
Minimum 10 years of working experience in supply chain management
Minimum 3 years of solid leadership experience
Experience of DG storage and handling requirements
Sound supply chain knowledge and experience
English – professional working proficiency level
System/tool experience:
SAP, Microsoft Word / Excel /
Powerpoint, WMS/MES
