岗位职责

  1. 自动化测试框架设计与开发
    :

  2. 负责设计和开发自动化测试框架,支持 Web、移动端、API 等多平台的自动化测试。

  3. 持续优化测试框架,提升测试效率和覆盖率。

  4. 测试用例设计与实现
    :

  5. 根据产品需求和设计文档,编写自动化测试用例。

  6. 实现端到端(E2E)测试、集成测试和性能测试。

  7. 持续集成与持续交付(CI/CD)
    :

  8. 将自动化测试集成到 CI/CD 流水线中,确保代码质量。

  9. 配置和管理 Jenkins、GitLab CI 等持续集成工具。

  10. 测试工具与平台建设
    :

  11. 评估和引入适合的测试工具和技术栈(如 Selenium、Appium、JUnit、TestNG 等)。

  12. 搭建和维护测试平台,支持团队高效执行测试任务。

  13. 测试结果分析与报告
    :

  14. 分析测试结果,识别问题并推动开发团队修复。

  15. 编写测试报告,向团队和管理层汇报测试进展和质量状况。

  16. 团队协作与指导
    :

  17. 与开发团队、产品团队紧密合作,确保测试覆盖所有关键功能。

  18. 指导初级测试工程师,提升团队整体测试能力。

  19. 编写技术文档,分享测试经验和最佳实践。

  20. 性能与安全测试
    :

  21. 设计和实施性能测试方案,评估系统在高负载下的表现。

  22. 进行安全测试,识别潜在的安全漏洞并提供修复建议。

任职要求

  1. 教育背景
    :

  2. 计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

  3. 工作经验
    :

  4. 5年以上自动化测试经验,有平台类产品或大型系统测试经验者优先。

  5. 技术能力
    :

  6. 精通至少一种编程语言(如 Java、Python、JavaScript)。

  7. 熟悉主流自动化测试工具和框架(如 Selenium、Appium、JUnit、TestNG、Cypress 等)。
  8. 熟悉持续集成工具(如 Jenkins、GitLab CI、CircleCI)。

  9. 熟悉性能测试工具(如 JMeter、LoadRunner)和安全测试工具(如 OWASP ZAP、Burp Suite)。

  10. 软技能
    :

  11. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。

  12. 具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力。
  13. 具备技术文档编写和培训能力。
  14. 能适应异地出差工作的业务模型。

  1. 有大规模分布式系统测试经验者优先。
  2. 有云计算、大数据、人工智能相关测试经验者优先。
  3. 有开源项目贡献或技术博客撰写经验者优先。
