■事業戦略の立案、実行、改善
■新規事業の開発と市場分析
■予算管理、売上目標の設定と達成
■営業成果への貢献
■チームマネジメント(部門スタッフの指導・育成)
■社内外との調整・交渉業務(パートナーシップの構築、クライアント対応)
■経営陣へのレポーティングおよび提案

【必須経験・スキル】
■予算の策定および管理の実務経験
■支援会社(SIer等)またはIT業界でのマネジメント経験(目安:5年以上)
■数値管理・PL責任の実務経験、もしくは強い関心
■新規営業や、自ら案件を獲得した経験
■対社内・社外を問わず、戦略的なコミュニケーションが取れる方
