■事業戦略の立案、実行、改善
■新規事業の開発と市場分析
■予算管理、売上目標の設定と達成
■営業成果への貢献
■チームマネジメント(部門スタッフの指導・育成)
■社内外との調整・交渉業務(パートナーシップの構築、クライアント対応)
■経営陣へのレポーティングおよび提案
※ご経験に合わせてゆくゆくは事業部門の全体統括および管理もお任せしていきます(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■予算の策定および管理の実務経験
■支援会社(SIer等)またはIT業界でのマネジメント経験(目安:5年以上)
■数値管理・PL責任の実務経験、もしくは強い関心
■新規営業や、自ら案件を獲得した経験
■対社内・社外を問わず、戦略的なコミュニケーションが取れる方

■経営層に近いポジションでの意思決定関与経験
■新規事業やサービス企画への関心
■起業・共同創業などの経験
■ベンチャー・スタートアップ企業での実務経験
■Web制作会社またはシステム開発会社での業務経験

■複数の企業で成果を創出した実績(例:事業成長、売上改善など)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
