• 人事部のオペレーション事務を中心にお任せします。グループ会社であるシーメンス株式会社ソフトウェア部門の人事業務も含みます。
• 以下はあくまでも想定された具体例です。全てではなく、ご相談しながら担当業務を決めていきます。
• •人事部事務全般、経理処理対応
• 給与計算や社会保険に関する事務全般:勤怠管理、社内周知連絡
•勤怠管理、証明書発行
•入社・退社・異動関連事務全般:入社者・退職者への手続き案内
•問い合わせ対応、ワードでレター作成、エクセル作成
•派遣管理業務、健康診断の社内案内・記録管理、産業医面談の調整
•採用関連業務
•※仕事の変更範囲:なし
• 就業環境
• Microsoft Outlook/Teamsを社内のコミュニケーションツールとして使用しています
• 当社ではテレワークと出社を組み合わせたハイブリッド方式を実施しており、当該ポジションは適宜オフィスへの出社が必要です(週2~3程度)。
• また、他オフィスへの外出(必要に応じて出張)がある場合があります(頻度は低いです)。
• 評価制度について
• 毎年、期初に目標を設定します。期中は、年の複数回上司と面談し、目標に対する進捗確認やフィードバックをもらう機会となります。また、社内でのキャリアプランについて話す機会ともなります。年度末にはレビューを上司と行います。

•年収:390万円~720万円(月給:325,000円~600,000円)
