Job Title: HR Business Partner
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to management on talent pipeline requirements, business strategy, and organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting and planning of talent pipeline requirements with management
- Advising business leaders on identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities
- Providing HR specialist advice and direction to leaders
- Leading/participating in cross-company activities and strategic direction
- Creatings annual staffing plans with the business and recruiting strategy
- Interviewing candidates to assess their competencies and company fit
- Managing internal transfers and issues in staffing, including termination and redundancy
- Implementing performance management practices and guiding managers to execute annual processes
- Developing and implementing individual development plans
- Executing merit and promotional increase processes and ensuring compensation and benefits practices are aligned with Richemont regional practices
- Implementing HR strategies to drive divisional change initiatives and improving employee relations
Requirements:
- Understanding of Labour Law, Compensation & Benefit, HR operations, and its implementation
- 5+ years of HR experience or 2-3 years for Assistant Manager
- Fluent Japanese/Business Level English and University degree
- Intermediate PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
