Job Title: HR Business Partner

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to management on talent pipeline requirements, business strategy, and organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and planning of talent pipeline requirements with management
  • Advising business leaders on identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities
  • Providing HR specialist advice and direction to leaders
  • Leading/participating in cross-company activities and strategic direction
  • Creatings annual staffing plans with the business and recruiting strategy
  • Interviewing candidates to assess their competencies and company fit
  • Managing internal transfers and issues in staffing, including termination and redundancy
  • Implementing performance management practices and guiding managers to execute annual processes
  • Developing and implementing individual development plans
  • Executing merit and promotional increase processes and ensuring compensation and benefits practices are aligned with Richemont regional practices
  • Implementing HR strategies to drive divisional change initiatives and improving employee relations

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Labour Law, Compensation & Benefit, HR operations, and its implementation
  • 5+ years of HR experience or 2-3 years for Assistant Manager
  • Fluent Japanese/Business Level English and University degree
  • Intermediate PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
