About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Payroll specialist to maintain our workplace environment, establish internal systems, and promote measures related to health management and safety.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in labor or payroll/social insurance area in a business company. English Proficiency: TOEIC score of 800 or above is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the workplace environment by providing various labor consultations, troubleshooting, and handling harassment.
  • Establishment of internal systems and regulations to respond to reforms in the way we work.
  • Improvement of attendance management, elimination of long working hours, and improvement of paid leave utilization rate.
  • Compliance with relevant laws and regulations and establishment of internal governance.
  • Promote measures related to health management and health and safety.
  • Varying operational tasks related to the above.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in labor or payroll/social insurance area in a business company.
  • English Proficiency: TOEIC score of 800 or above is required.
