You will be involved in solving various human resource and organizational management issues that we face as our global business expands. Our mission is to create HR strategies and system designs that support corporate growth in terms of people and organization, and contribute to corporate growth by accurately grasping internal and external needs without being bound by preconceived notions.

Position Details
Gathering information for designing global guidelines and policies
Analysis, planning of system design, and other general planning work
Other special assignments
*You will be required to participate in PJTs within your team, as well as PJTs conducted beyond your team.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Experience in HR operations at a business company or consulting in the field of HR (both with at least 3 years of work experience)
Desired Qualifications:
Problem setting and problem solving skills
Logical communication skills
Candidates from consulting firms are welcome.
