Department Overview
Group Human Resources Department at Rakuten currently provides HR services to more than tens of thousands of employees, and as our company continues to undergo remarkable growth and diversification, we need to improve our operations.

Group Human Resources Department consists of various HR functions such as payroll, training, recruiting and HRBP. *Please note that junior specs candidates (those who have only operational execution and operational experience) are not considered for this position.
Position Details
Management of regulations, operation and improvement of systems
Consultation regarding labor issues
*You will be required to participate in PJTs within your team, as well as PJTs conducted beyond your team.
Mandatory Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in labor relations
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Experience in labor planning
Experience in HR in a business company which has more than 5,000 employees
High level of communication skills
Ability to respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment
