・Maintaining the workplace environment by providing various labor consultations, troubleshooting, and handling harassment.
・Establishment of internal systems and regulations to respond to "reforms in the way we work.

・Promote measures related to health management and health and safety

[Payroll, social insurance, and mobility]
・Payroll calculation (including inhabitant tax and year-end adjustment)
・Various social insurance procedures (in cooperation with labor and social security advisors)
・Personnel cost management (in collaboration with accounting and taxation)
・Collection and management of personal identification numbers, etc.
・VISA renewal support (in cooperation with administrative scrivener)
・Oversight of payroll in accordance with laws and company guidelines
・ Promote integration, standardization, and improvement of payroll-related processes
・Administration of compensation and benefit programs related to secondments/transfers
・Review of current guidelines and regulations regarding secondment/transfer and acceptance

■Requirements
・At least 3 years of experience in labor or payroll/social insurance area in a business company.
・English Proficiency: TOEIC score of 800 or above, or have the motivation to obtain an equivalent score within 2 years of joining the company.
