Among them, HR Operations Section is working on business improvement and systemization with the aim of providing stable and efficient HR services such as payroll calculation, performance evaluation, and overseas secondment support.

Payroll & Insurance Group

Global Mobility & Coordination Group

We are looking for a Payroll Manager and Global Mobility Manager.

We will determine which position you will be selected for based on your aptitude and preference.

Position Details

Payroll Manager

Management of outsourcing partners for the following operations

-- Payroll calculation (including resident tax and year-end adjustment)

-- Various social insurance procedures (in cooperation with social insurance consultants)

-- Personnel cost management (in cooperation with accounting and tax departments)

-- My number collection, management, etc.

-- VISA renewal support (in cooperation with administrative scriveners)

Oversee payroll in accordance with laws and company guidelines

Promote integration, standardization, and improvement of payroll-related processes

Management of Payroll & Insurance Group

Global Mobility Manager

Planning of compensation and welfare systems for overseas secondment (e.g., various support systems, etc.)

Review of current guidelines and regulations regarding overseas secondment and acceptance of overseas secondment

Management of employees being transferred back to their home country (e.g., survey of the area of transfer, talent management of employees being transferred, etc.)

Management of dispatch projects

Management of overseas payroll processes

Management of Global Mobility & Coordination Group

Common Tasks

Responding to inquiries from employees

Develop team strategies and goals

Enhance team member development and engagement

Communication with HR departments and other related departments

Improvement of operational processes

Other related work

*You will be required to participate in PJTs within your team, as well as PJTs conducted beyond your team.

Work Environment

The members are diverse in terms of age and background, and most of them joined as mid-career.

We have a high ratio of female members and female managers. Many of our members work while raising children. Mandatory Qualifications:

Payroll Manager

At least 5 years of experience in HR at a business company, or HR consulting firm

A business company or the company which provided HR operation by BPO or HR consulting firm has more than 5,000 employees

Global Mobility Manager

Experience in overseas HR and mobility (relocation related support, etc.)

Business level English

Common Qualifications

HR Experience with improving workflow and involving several members.

Experience in people management of multiple people

Desired Qualifications:

Payroll Manager

Experience in using COPMANY (payroll system)

Experience in system implementation

Global Mobility Manager

Experience of working as an oversea secondee

Experience in HR planning and system design

Experience in global talent management
