Also known internally as our "Super Recruiter", this role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes people, partnerships, and purpose.

What You'll DoLead end-to-end recruitment across all departments, ensuring a timely and high-quality supply of talent.
Partner with leaders on workforce planning to align hiring strategies with business growth.
Design and manage the Internship Programme, nurturing emerging talent and supporting career pathways.
Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and local communities to strengthen our talent pipeline.
Drive local employer branding initiatives through creative campaigns, events, and digital storytelling.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (hospitality or travel experience a plus).
Proven success in employer branding, partnerships, and internship programme management.
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
Strong understanding of Japan's employment landscape and labour regulations.
A proactive, relationship-driven mindset and passion for connecting people with opportunity.
