Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage OSM organization in Japan and own sales growth to meet or exceed assigned revenue and bookings targets.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth and expand OSM product content within key customer base and improve margins by selling on value.
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop, inspire, motivate, and lead direct reports (sales and technical support teams) to deliver strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
  • Establish strong direct, key customer relationships and partnerships with division HQ and other regional offices to achieve shared business goals.
  • Work strategically with other OSM regional leaders to optimize cross-selling and key account strategy.
  • Provide feedback to management, including monthly reports on sales/market activities and monthly/long-term sales forecasts.
