Solutions Consultant II
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to deliver New Relic solutions to our customers. This role is ideal for technical sales consultants or developers looking for opportunities to work closely with customers.
New Relic has a proven track record of converting talented engineers into successful Solutions Consultants, so we encourage candidates with limited sales experience to apply. Our onboarding process includes comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with sales, support engineers, and customer success teams to propose the best New Relic solutions for customers' businesses and provide technical support to effectively utilize these solutions.
- Collaborate with various industries and systems to understand customers' business needs and market trends.
- Develop solutions that meet customers' business needs by working with other Solutions Consultants and product teams.
About You:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as Technical Sales/Presales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Software Developer.
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Cloud Foundry is highly valued.
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $120,000 per year.
