Tokyo Hudl

Drive business growth in Japan and Southeast Asia as a Solutions Consultant. Create growth, help users be more efficient, and work with high-performance sports environments.

Must-Haves:

  • Experience: Familiarity with high-performance sports environments, hands-on knowledge of Hudl products (especially Sportscode), and a strong network of industry connections.
  • Cross-collaboration skills: Worked across coaching, analysis, and/or recruitment departments.
  • Excellent communication: Qualify sales opportunities, convey ideas to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented: Improve customer experience and hit revenue goals.
  • Multilingual: Fluent English and Japanese, any other languages a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Customer-facing experience: SaaS sales methodologies and consulting methodologies.
  • Product development: Influenced or supported product development in SaaS for sports.
  • Data driven decision making: Used data analytics tools such as Tableau.

Base Salary Range: ¥5,400,000—¥9,000,000 JPYOn-Target Earnings: ¥6,750,000—¥11,250,000 JPY
