Country HR Manager - Tech カントリーHRマネージャー・テック (4 Days WFH, Lead HR Team)
Our client, a leading global provider of outsourced services in the tech industry, is seeking an experienced People and Culture (Country HR) Manager for their Japan operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a strong HR team in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment, with a focus on talent acquisition, retention, and development. Enjoy the flexibility of working 3-4 days from home each week while managing a local HR team and collaborating with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategy for Japan operations
- Collaborate with local and global HR teams
- Design employee experience and productivity programs
- Oversee learning and development programs
- Manage HR operational budget in Japan
- Ensure legal compliance in HR processes
- Support talent acquisition and employer branding
- Mentor managers on performance management
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Japanese and English language
- Solid understanding of Japan employment legislation and labor standards
- 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role
- Experience in professional services or creative/technical workforce management
- Experience in a global, multicultural organization
