- 人事戦略を現地レベルで実行
- 雇用関係のケースを管理
- 採用のために外部パートナーと協力
- HRおよびビジネスデータを分析してイニシアチブを推進
- HRプロセスにおける国際的なコミュニケーションを推進
- SAP HRなどの人事情報システムを導入
応募資格:
- マトリックス環境での人事ジェネラリスト/ビジネスパートナーとしての経験
- SAP HR、Smart Recruitersなどの人事情報システムの使用経験
- 日本語が流暢で、ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書きおよび会話)が必要
- FMCG業界での5年以上の人事管理経験
- グローバルな人事戦略の実行経験
- HRイニシアチブのための強力なデータ分析スキル
