Responsibilities

Reports to:
Japan General Manager

Team Structure: 3 Member Team (Manage 2 reports)


This is a senior HR role responsible for leading the HR Planning Team in Japan and managing key HR systems, processes, and people to support business stability and growth.


In the position you will:

  • Lead companywide HR systems including Evaluation, Compensation & Benefits, and Policy Implementation
  • Oversee labor cost planning, budgeting, and ongoing cost analysis
  • Manage payroll, bonus processes, and labor union relations with internal and external partners
  • Lead and develop the HR Planning team while collaborating with key stakeholders (both in corporate and entertainment side of business)
Qualifications

  • Experience in core HR operations (e.g., systems, compensation, or labor matters)
  • Some experience guiding or supporting others in a team
  • Clear, logical communicator who can work across teams
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Businesslevel English; HR system experience is a plus
Salary

Company will consider candidates up to 12M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
