Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced HR & GA Manager to lead key HR functions, including recruitment, training, payroll, and performance management. This role combines team leadership with hands-on involvement in daily operations to ensure smooth execution of all HR processes.
The manager will also support senior leadership and may contribute to general affairs activities as needed.
A key focus will be on developing team capabilities, strengthening employee engagement, and driving continuous improvements across HR and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and operate internal HR programs and systems
Manage compensation, benefits, and performance review processes
Supervise payroll and attendance operations
Lead recruitment and training program planning and execution
Provide support to senior leadership and assist with general affairs operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
Business level English
8+ years relevant HR experience
Experience as a generalist, in hands-on management roles preferred
Experience in healthcare / medical industries a plus (not required but preferred)
Experience in small-mid size organizations covering wide responsibilities preferred
Strong communication skills
Strategic and logical thinking
Good PC skills
Strong labor law knowledge

Salary
Company is considering candidates up to 11M JPY annual (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience)
