現在、2026年初頭の日本法人設立に向けて準備を進めており、日本市場の立ち上げと拡大をリードするカントリーマネージャーを募集しています。日本での事業をゼロから構築し、商業成長を推進する非常に重要なポジションです。
ポジション概要
カントリーマネージャーは、日本法人の立ち上げ、チーム構築、営業戦略、ブランドポジショニングなど、事業のあらゆる面をリードします。グローバル本社と連携しながら、日本市場拡大の中心となる役割です。
主な業務内容
• 日本法人の設立に関わる法務・オペレーション・管理体制の構築
• 約3名の初期チームを中心とした組織の採用とマネジメント
• 日本市場に合わせたGoToMarket、営業、カスタマーサクセス戦略の策定と実行
• エンタープライズ顧客の新規開拓およびアカウント拡大による収益成長の推進
• 顧客・パートナーとの関係構築および日本市場でのブランド代表としての活動
• 本社のプロダクト、マーケティング、セールスチームとの連携
• 事業計画、予測、レポーティング業務の管理
• 日本国内の法規制やビジネス要件に関するコンプライアンス対応

必須条件
• IT/SI/SaaS業界で10年以上の経験、日本のエンタープライズ市場に関する深い知識
• 日本語ネイティブかつ韓国語ビジネスレベル以上
• 日本における事業立ち上げや拡大フェーズでのリーダーシップ経験
• 収益成長や顧客開発における実績
• グローバルチームと協働できる高いコミュニケーション能力

Country Manager (Japan)
Location: Japan | Full Time | Senior Leadership
Our client is a global provider of advanced interactive prototyping solutions that help product teams bring digital ideas to life across mobile, desktop, web, and even IoT. Their platform is widely used by leading enterprises worldwide and has been recognized as a top tool in its category.
They are preparing to establish their Japan entity in early 2026 and are seeking an experienced Country Manager to drive market expansion, operations setup, and commercial growth. This is a pivotal role leading the company's full entry into Japan and requires a hands-on builder passionate about scaling technology businesses.
Role Overview
The Country Manager will spearhead the launch and growth of the Japan business, working closely with global leadership to establish the local entity, build the team, and execute market strategies. You will oversee sales expansion, brand positioning, customer relationships, and all operational foundations in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the full establishment of the Japan entity, including legal, administrative, and operational setup
• Build and manage a high-performing local team, starting with approximately three initial hires
• Develop and execute go-to-market, sales, and customer success strategies tailored to Japan
• Drive revenue through enterprise customer acquisition and expansion
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners, representing the brand locally
• Work closely with global product, marketing, and sales teams to localize offerings
• Oversee planning, forecasting, and reporting to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations
Requirements
Must Have
• 10+ years in IT, SI, or SaaS, with a strong understanding of the Japanese enterprise tech landscape
• Japanese speaker with fluent Korean
• Proven leadership experience launching or scaling business operations in Japan
• Strong commercial mindset supported by revenue growth achievements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
• Experience in early-stage business setup or startup environments
• Existing network with enterprise or strategic customers in tech sectors
• Fluent English

Working Arrangement
