【職務内容】
東日本エリアの新規市場開拓の最前線として、流通・小売・教育分野での新規顧客獲得を担います。
既存事業で培った実績とノウハウを活かし、最適なソリューションを提案し、
顧客基盤と売上拡大に貢献します。
未開拓市場での大きな開拓余地を、自由な発想と行動力で創造します。
将来は営業戦略立案やチームマネジメントなど、事業拡大の中核メンバーとして活躍可能です。
【具体的な業務内容】
流通・小売・教育分野での新規顧客開拓を行います。
顧客ヒアリングに基づき課題やニーズを把握します。
ハードウェア、SI、BPOソリューションの提案営業。
顧客との信頼関係を構築し、長期的な取引を確立します。
営業戦略の立案・実行・進捗管理も担当します。
市場分析や競合調査を営業活動に活用します。
未知の領域を切り拓き、新たなビジネスを創造します。
自ら考え行動し成果にこだわる力強さが必要です。
お客様との信頼関係構築と長期パートナーシップ構築、コミュニケーション能力も重視します。
