仕事内容:

プライム上場企業「株式会社レオパレス21」のDX戦略企画推進課でのPMOポジションです。

【主な業務内容】

社内横断PMO業務:営業部門・運用部門・情報システム部と連携し、DX推進プロジェクトの進行管理、課題解決、関係者調整など

Salesforce関連プロジェクト推進:CRMシステム(Salesforce)の管理、他部門へのリリース対応、リリース後の保守対応など

プロジェクト管理全般:プロジェクトの計画策定、進捗管理、リスク管理、ステークホルダーマネジメントなど

【必須】■SES・SIer等のシステム企業や事業会社で職位問わずプロジェクト推進しての実務経験をお持ちの方

【歓迎】■プロジェクト管理及びSalesforce または同等のCRMシステムの管理における実績のある経験

■不動産業界の知識をお持ちの方■Salesforceまたは同等CRMの資格

■プロジェクト・マネージメント資格

【社内システム環境/使用言語】

言語は基本扱いません。ただ、システム開発のPJに携わる際は上Webシステム開発で使用する言語経験があれば尚可です。(Java、PHP、Ruby、Python、JavaScript等)
