■職務内容
グローバルなPlayStationビジネスを支える業務アプリケーション領域において、SAPやCoupaなどのシステム導入・運用をリードしていただきます。
US本社やインドオフショア拠点など海外チームとの協業を通じて、グローバルレベルでの業務改革や次世代ソリューションの推進を担うポジションです。
【具体的な業務内容】
・リーダーとしてパートナー(US本社・インド拠点など)と協働し、構想策定・グローバルシステム導入プロジェクト・保守運用業務を推進
・グローバルステークホルダーと連携し、既存レガシーシステムからの移行計画を策定
・次世代S2P(Source to Pay)ソリューションの日本・アジアリージョンへの導入プロジェクトをリード
・保守運用フェーズにおけるビジネスユーザーとのコミュニケーション(仕様変更リクエストの優先順位付け、要件定義、進捗・納期管理)
・SAPライセンス契約サイクルの管理

本ポジションは、SAPやCoupaを中心とした業務アプリケーションの企画・導入・保守運用を担当するチームに所属します。
グローバルで統一された業務プロセスを実現するため、US本社、アジア各拠点、オフショア開発チームと連携しながら、エンタープライズシステムの最適化を推進しています。
■求められるスキル・経験
【必須(MUST)】
・2年以上のSAPまたはCoupaのモジュール導入経験(構想策定・企画・要件定義・設計・開発・テスト・運用のいずれか)
・日本語:ネイティブまたはそれに準ずるレベル
・英語:ビジネスレベル(グローバルチームやシニアステークホルダーとの会話・メール対応が可能)
・会計・購買・販売領域の業務アプリケーションに関する知識・経験
・ビジネスユーザーとの折衝・コミュニケーション経験
【歓迎(WANT)】
・グローバルシステム導入経験
・プロジェクトマネージャーまたはリーダー経験(数名〜数十名規模)
