About the Company
: We are seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) Recruitment Consultant to lead key account management and deliver high-impact projects for clients in Tokyo and across APAC.

About the Role
: The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing key accounts and delivering projects that drive business growth and operational efficiency for clients in the region.
Responsibilities
:
Client & Project Leadership
- Serve as the primary consultant for key accounts, managing end-to-end project delivery across Tokyo and APAC markets.
- Provide strategic advisory on business growth, digital transformation, and operational efficiency, tailored to Japanese and multinational clients.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceeding client expectations.
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through deep client engagement and market insights.
- Build long-term relationships with C-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with global teams to align Japan/APAC strategies with broader organizational goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Develop actionable insights using market research, data analysis, and industry trends.
- Present clear, compelling recommendations to senior stakeholders in both Japanese and English.
Qualifications
:
- 3-5 years in consulting, agency, or talent acquisition, with experience managing Japan/APAC client portfolios.
- Deep understanding of Japanese business culture (e.g., meishi exchange, nemawashi decision-making).
- Exceptional bilingual communication – able to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing global best practices with local market realities.
Required Skills
:
- Fluent Japanese and English (TOEIC 850+ or equivalent preferred) – must present to global stakeholders and draft proposals.
- Proven track record in key account management, ideally within agency, recruitment, or consulting firms in Japan.
Preferred Skills
:
- Experience in Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree (a plus, not required).

- 東京およびAPAC市場における主要アカウントの第一コンサルタントとして、プロジェクトをエンドツーエンドで推進
- 日系・多国籍企業に対し、ビジネス成長、デジタル変革、業務効率化に関する戦略的アドバイスを提供
- クロスファンクショナルチームを率い、プロジェクトを期日内・範囲内に高品質で完遂する
ビジネス開発およびリレーション構築
- 顧客との深い関係構築と市場インサイトを通じて、新たなビジネス機会を特定・追求
- Cレベルの経営層と長期的な信頼関係を築き、信頼されるアドバイザーとして活躍
- グローバルチームと協働し、日本/APAC戦略を組織全体の目標と整合させる
データ主導の意思決定支援
- 市場調査、データ分析、業界トレンドを活用し、実行可能なインサイトを導出
- 日本語・英語双方で、シニアステークホルダーに対して明確で説得力のある提案を行う

必須条件:
- コンサルティング会社、人材紹介会社、またはタレントアクイジション業界での3〜5年の実務経験
- 日本/APAC市場におけるクライアントポートフォリオ管理の経験
- 日本独自のビジネスマナー(例:名刺交換、根回し)の深い理解
- 高度なバイリンガルコミュニケーション能力:複雑なアイデアを多様なオーディエンスに分かりやすく伝える力
- アントレプレナーシップマインド:スピード感のある環境で、グローバル標準とローカル事情のバランスを取れる柔軟性
必須スキル:
- 日本語・英語ともに流暢(TOEIC 850点以上または同等レベルが望ましい)
