This role is all about
connecting talent and companies in a truly impactful way
. You will:
- Guide clients and talent through the
entire journey
—from proposal to post-placement support. - Partner with companies
by identifying and understanding the clients needs and then proposing, designing and implementing a talent strategy - Listen deeply
to hiring needs and help define job requirements for exciting new projects. - Source
and connect
highly skilled marketers, designers, and other creative professionals. - Provide
career counselling
to help talent thrive in their next chapter. - Plan and execute
recruitment campaigns, events, and scouting strategies
to attract the best. - Ensure a smooth, thoughtful
matching process
that supports decision-making for both sides.
