【Responsibilities】
- Provide high-level recruitment consulting to key clients.
- Define recruitment requirements based on business strategy, and conduct market research, sourcing, and headhunting.
- Conduct career consultations with candidates, proposing optimal opportunities and providing interview coaching.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including salary negotiation and post-placement follow-up.
【Required Skills & Experience】
- 2+ years of experience
as a recruitment consultant. - A strong drive and resilience to achieve targets.
- Language Skills:
Japanese: Fluent level / English: Conversational level or above
【Preferred Skills & Experience】
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Deep knowledge of specific industries (e.g., Finance, IT, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Healthcare/Pharma).
