We are looking for an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant to join Silkwise.
This role suits someone with prior experience in IT or technology recruitment who enjoys a fast-paced, candidate-driven environment and taking ownership of their work.
You will build long-term relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor on hiring strategies and career decisions in a growing, high-impact startup environment.
What You Will DoSource and place senior and specialized technology talent across Japan
Screen and interview candidates to deliver high-quality shortlists
Advise clients on hiring strategies and market insights
Build and manage your own client and candidate portfolio
Generate new business through networking and referrals
Strengthen Silkwise's employer brand through proactive candidate engagement
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in technology
Strong communication skills in Japanese; business-level English preferred
Experience conducting interviews via online platforms
Understanding of IT and technology roles
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a high-performance environment
