JAC International was established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of JAC Recruitment with the aim of better providing quality talent search and placement services catering to Japanese and non-Japanese executives and human resource managers who are in charge of hiring candidates for job placements working in foreign-affiliated multinationals.
Job Description
Due to our business expansion, we are currently looking for highly talented and ambitious future colleagues across multiple industries for Consultant role.
Responsibilities
:
• Developing new business relationships with multinational clients
• Consulting hiring managers on the recruitment process and their hiring needs
• Sourcing and matching the best possible talent available in the market
• Managing and negotiating the offer process between clients and candidates
• Networking across your industry of expertise to build solid market knowledge
Requirements
:
• Previous work experience in recruitment, sales or related field
• Professional mindset and motivation for the recruiting business
• Passionate about own career and growth prospects
• Excellent people skills
