Responsibilities:
- Utilize your bilingual skills and cross-cultural experience to effectively communicate with international & local clients and candidates
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for diverse roles. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Actively participate in networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent.
- Provide career consultations to candidates & professional recruitment solutions to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder and fluent in English
- Minimum 2years of sales/business/people-facing work experience are highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
